2012 'The Prophesy'
I like to say that there are two primary chapters to my life - pre 2012 and post 2012.
My 20's were spent galivanting around the World, fruit-picking around Australia, hitchhiking across Canada, Pilgrimages through Spain, and drinking many pints working in pubs in Scotland and Ireland.
A life of a free spirit for sure, but one also of a perpetual child running away from home, disassociated from trauma growing up, and afraid to do adulting and all the responsible things that come with that.
Then cue March 2012 and I'm 8 months pregnant with my second child, have just become a single Mum and I realize that my traveling days are well and truly over.
